Welcome To Wecookeveryday !

Hi, I’m Alexia — welcome to my little corner of the internet where good food meets everyday life.
If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be sharing my recipes with people all over the country, I probably would’ve laughed while stirring a pot of something bubbling away on the stove. Cooking has always been a part of my life, but I never imagined it would become this big a part.

I grew up in a house where the kitchen was always warm — sometimes from the oven, sometimes just from the laughter. My mom had this way of turning simple ingredients into something magical. There was no fancy equipment, no complicated steps… just love, a wooden spoon, and whatever was fresh from the market. I used to sit on the counter, legs swinging, asking way too many questions while she chopped, stirred, and tasted. That’s where I learned that food isn’t just about feeding people — it’s about connecting with them.

Fast forward a bit, and here I am — still asking too many questions, still in the kitchen, but now I’m the one doing the chopping. And I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) with you.

This website is where I pour in everything I love: comforting weeknight meals, recipes passed down through generations, fresh takes on classics, and the kind of desserts that disappear before they even cool. I believe anyone can cook something delicious — no matter your experience, budget, or how tiny your kitchen is. You don’t need perfection. You just need heart (and maybe a good non-stick pan).

Some highlights include:

  • Tried-and-True Recipes that I’ve tested again and again — from cozy dinners to quick snacks to crowd-pleasing desserts.
  • Helpful Tips that make cooking less stressful and more fun (because nobody needs another over-complicated recipe).
  • Simple Ingredients, Big Flavor — no rare spices or 10-step sauces. Just real food you’ll actually want to make.
  • Seasonal Favorites so you’ll always have something fresh and fitting, whether it’s a light summer salad or a warm winter bake.
  • A Dash of Storytelling — because food isn’t just about taste. It’s about the memories behind it.
