Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, soy, etc.)
Ice cubes (optional, for iced version)
Optional Add-ins:½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon flavored syrup (caramel, hazelnut, etc.)
Instructions
In a clean mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a 1:1:1 ratio (2 tablespoons each).
Use a whisk, electric hand mixer, or milk frother to whip the mixture for 3–5 minutes, until it becomes light, airy, and forms stiff peaks.
Fill a glass about three-quarters full with your preferred milk. Add ice cubes if making an iced version.
Spoon the whipped coffee foam gently over the milk layer. Smooth the top for presentation.

Notes
For a sugar-free version, substitute stevia, monk fruit, or coconut sugar (note: texture may vary).
