With its eye-catching blue hue, fruity flavors, a splash of cream, and playful gummy shark topping, this drink is part treat, part showstopper. Perfect for backyard BBQs, beach-themed parties, Shark Week, or just a fun weekend indulgence!
Ingredients
Ice (preferably crushed)
¾ cup lemonade
1 packet blue raspberry drink mix (or 1 tbsp powder)
1 tbsp cherry syrup
1 tbsp coffee creamer (or substitute with almond/coconut milk)
Whipped cream, for topping
1–2 maraschino cherries, for garnish
1 gummy shark candy, for garnish
Instructions
Fill a clear short glass with crushed ice.
Pour lemonade over the ice until the glass is about ¾ full.
Sprinkle the blue raspberry drink mix directly into the lemonade and stir gently until fully dissolved.
Add a splash of creamer to create a creamy soda effect.
Swirl in cherry syrup for a fun pink and blue gradient.
Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
Garnish with maraschino cherries and float a gummy shark on top.
Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the colorful, candy-inspired layers!
Notes
For a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice to make a slushy “Frozen Shark Float.”
Swap the creamer with coconut or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
For themed occasions, try edible glitter, popping boba, or red syrup swirls for a “shark attack” look.
Want to serve a crowd? Scale up and serve in a large fishbowl with extra gummy sharks and fruit slices.
